To help our people thrive, we chose to be remote-first since our founding in 2014 - and have always sought to support our ability to live the full human lives we want to live. We've also structured ourselves in small, expert-led teams that focus on collaborating openly and transparently. We believe there's something to learn from freelancers and fulltimers both, and operate with lean processes and minimized departmental hierarchy so that we can grow and explore together.
